Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nus Instrument UTS2000-720-03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Obara products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Okaya product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Obara such as the 1266502L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E4809032397E manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FPF8050HRUD110 by Manufacturer Okaya as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Okuma Brand E4808045086A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Okuma such as E4809045158B equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1911 made by Okuma as well as the popular MNB25G12 original spares produced by Ogura

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A9112751V20 by Okuma and E4809045158B spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E4809045077A1911150219321 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma.
